AFTER-SALES SERVICE

 When customers request spare parts after purchasing a product, actively arrange and provide them.
If quality issues arise after a product is delivered, obtain detailed information about the specific situation and customer requirements, promptly contact the quality inspection and production departments, and provide a response within 24 hours. 
 Carefully register and promptly handle all customer correspondence and calls. Record and archive the details of the resolution.
 Strictly adhere to the standards specified in the quality guidelines.
Strengthen communication with customers. Regularly communicate with customers to proactively seek feedback and promptly address any issues or suggestions raised.

Feedback Mechanism

Assign dedicated personnel within the sales department to handle customer feedback, including registering and processing visits, correspondence, and calls. The results of these processes shall be filed and archived. 
 For significant product quality issues or improvement suggestions raised by customers, the sales department shall complete a Quality Feedback Form and submit it to the relevant company departments. 
 
These departments must propose corrective measures within a specified timeframe. The business department will then communicate the results to the customers in a timely manner.

QUALITY STANDARD SERVICE REGULATIONS

Establish a customer service archive and assign dedicated personnel to manage it.

When customers request after-sales service for products via visits, correspondence, or calls, the sales department shall handle the required procedures and documentation.

Personnel dispatched for after-sales service must complete a Technical Service Handling Form upon their return.

During on-site service, if any discrepancies with the Quality Standard Service requirements are identified, responsibilities shall be clarified, and economic costs shall be negotiated with the customer.

For qualified or unqualified products and components returned by customers through after-sales service, ensure that the customer sends them back to the company. Returned items shall be inspected and handled accordingly based on their condition.

PACKAGING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE REGULATIONS

1. Purpose

This regulation is established to ensure that the company adopts appropriate methods for product packaging, transportation, and storage, guaranteeing product protection and meeting customer requirements.
 

2. Scope of Application

This regulation applies to the management of packaging, transportation, and storage of all products of the company.
 
 

3. Responsibilities

The Production Department is responsible for product packaging, monitoring the integrity of products upon storage, and managing transportation and storage.
 
 

4. Labeling, Transportation, and Storage Regulations:

 Labeling
1. Before packaging, the product nameplate must be securely attached. The nameplate shall indicate: product name and model, input power, transmission ratio, allowable torque, product number, weight, manufacturing date, and manufacturer name.
2. Packaging box the exterior of the packaging box shall be marked with: consignee’s address (destination station), product name and model, net weight, gross weight, dimensions (length × width × height), product number, date of manufacture, and manufacturer name.

 Transportation and Storage
1. Products shall be stored in a dry indoor environment. When stored outdoors, they must be placed in an area where the packaging is less likely to be frequently exposed to rainwater, and rain protection measures must be implemented.
2. After leaving the factory, under proper moisture-proof and ventilated storage conditions, the product components inside the packaging box shall remain effective against moisture and rust for one year.
3. During product shipment, requirements for land, waterway transportation, and loading/unloading must be accommodated.
