3. Responsibilities
The Production Department is responsible for product packaging, monitoring the integrity of products upon storage, and managing transportation and storage.
4. Labeling, Transportation, and Storage Regulations:
Labeling
1. Before packaging, the product nameplate must be securely attached. The nameplate shall indicate: product name and model, input power, transmission ratio, allowable torque, product number, weight, manufacturing date, and manufacturer name.
2. Packaging box the exterior of the packaging box shall be marked with: consignee’s address (destination station), product name and model, net weight, gross weight, dimensions (length × width × height), product number, date of manufacture, and manufacturer name.
Transportation and Storage
1. Products shall be stored in a dry indoor environment. When stored outdoors, they must be placed in an area where the packaging is less likely to be frequently exposed to rainwater, and rain protection measures must be implemented.
2. After leaving the factory, under proper moisture-proof and ventilated storage conditions, the product components inside the packaging box shall remain effective against moisture and rust for one year.
3. During product shipment, requirements for land, waterway transportation, and loading/unloading must be accommodated.
