This reducer adopts an oil sump splash lubrication and natural cooling design, featuring high load-carrying capacity, low noise, compact size, and high efficiency. The nominal center distance ranges from 160mm to 800mm, and the transmission ratio ranges from 8 to 50. It supports multiple specification combinations to meet different power requirements. The model marking rules include information such as type code, center distance, transmission ratio, and assembly direction. For example, "DCY 560 31.5 Ⅱ N" indicates a three-stage transmission model with a center distance of 560mm, a transmission ratio of 31.5, and a counterclockwise input direction.
Parameter Range
1. The DBY and DBYK type reducers each have 12 specifications, with nominal center distances of 160mm, 180mm, 200mm, 224mm, 250mm, 280mm, 315mm, 355mm, 400mm, 450mm, 500mm, and 560mm. Each specification is available with 5 transmission ratios (8, 10, 11.2, 12.5, 14), 2 rotation directions, and 7 assembly types, forming a total of 240 types of reducers respectively.
2. The DCY and DCYK type reducers each have 15 specifications, with nominal center distances of 160mm, 180mm, 200mm, 224mm, 250mm, 280mm, 315mm, 355mm, 400mm, 450mm, 500mm, 560mm, 630mm, 710mm, and 800mm. Each specification is available with 11 transmission ratios (16, 18, 20, 22.4, 25, 28, 31.5

Features of Hardened Surface Cylindrical Gear Reducers
1. The gears are made of high-strength low-carbon alloy steel through carburizing and quenching, with a tooth surface hardness of HRC58-62. All gears adopt CNC grinding process, featuring high precision and good contact.
2. High transmission efficiency: single-stage >96.5%, double-stage >93%, three-stage >90%.
3. Smooth operation with low noise.
4. Small volume, light weight, long service life, and high load capacity.
5. Easy to disassemble, inspect, and install.
Precautions for Reducer Use
1. Strictly prohibit hammering
When installing coupling components such as couplings, pulleys, or sprockets on the reducer's output shaft, direct hammering should not be used. The reducer's output shaft structure cannot withstand axial hammering. Instead, screw a bolt into the shaft end threaded hole to press the coupling component into place.
2. Be sure to install a breather cap (vent plug)
Before use, replace the plug at the highest position with a vent plug to ensure that gases can be expelled during reducer operation. If not replaced in time, long-term operation will cause internal gases to damage the oil seal, resulting in oil leakage from the reducer.
3. Replace lubricating oil in a timely manner, with special attention to the first change
Special attention should be paid to the first oil change. After the first 300-400 hours of operation, the lubricating oil should be replaced promptly. Subsequently, the lubricating oil should be replaced every 1500-2000 hours. Additionally, in harsh working environments with high temperatures and heavy dust, the lubricating oil should be inspected every half month. If contaminants are found in the lubricating oil, it should be replaced immediately to maintain oil cleanliness, extend the reducer's service life, and improve economic efficiency.
