The structure is two-to-three-stage involute helical gear transmission, the gears take the carburizing, quenching and grinding gear processing technology. How to store R series reducers?

When you purchase a new R series reducer, how should you store it?

After receiving the R series reducer, the maximum storage period is 6 months, but it must be ensured that the packaging is intact.

The storage location should not be open, with a temperature not lower than +5°C and not higher than +40°C, and relative humidity not exceeding 80%. The packaging must not be subjected to impact, vibration, heavy pressure, etc.

When the R series reducer is not in use, if necessary maintenance work has been done (such as cleaning, lubrication), the R107 reducer can be stored for a period not exceeding three months, while ensuring: an enclosed, dust-free environment without corrosive substances. The minimum temperature should not be less than +5°C, and the maximum temperature should not exceed +40°C.

The location should be easily accessible for checking for deformation, compression, damage, etc. It must not be subjected to impact, vibration, heavy pressure, etc. When opening the packaging, do not destroy the bottom plate (if possible) to facilitate future transportation. Open the document package and check whether the contents match what is stated on the packaging.

The R series reducer and other facilities (as negotiated with the manufacturer) must be in a fully protected state. Before transportation, a careful inspection must be carried out. After receiving the R series reducer, it is best to check whether it is in good condition.

If any problems are found, notify the manufacturer immediately and install and use it according to the instructions. Standard supply facilities, R series reducer installation manual, R series reducer operation and maintenance instructions. Due to its precision and importance, incorrect operation during installation or subsequent use may pose a threat to personnel safety.
